We Don’t Know and We Don’t Care.
(Tune: Pantsaway.)

We don’t know and we don’t care
Whether there’s a god up there,
If he’s round or if he’s square,
Peeping from a cloud somewhere,
Whether there’s a god up there
We don’t know and we don’t care.

We don’t know and we don’t care
Whether there’s a god up there,
Snoozing in an easy chair,
Dancing in his underwear,
Whether there’s a god up there
We don’t know and we don’t care.

We don’t know and we don’t care
Whether there’s a god up there,
If he’s there he’s well aware
Us lot neither know or care,
Whether there’s a god up there,
We don’t know and we don’t care.

The music was recorded in St. Wilmotts Abbey, Suffolk, England and uses the voices of The Reverend Roger Eno, his daughter, and his neighbours. The actual track was recorded in the Clerestory of St.Wilmotts which may account for its lightness of texture.
