If that is the problem you have with creating an Agnostic bible, I think there is a way around it. Simply create it a wiki format so that anyone can modify it. I also humbly suggest that my “Philosophic Method” could provide a guideline for organization to best allow all voices to be heard while maintaining an as fair-as-possible means of discarding discredited ideas.
I agree that creating a false sense of authority and sacredness is a problem and contradictory to how I see the spirit of Agnosticism, but I think there may also be some benefits in creating a navigable expression of positive agnostic beliefs…so long as the book is never absolutely closed as to what those are.
