Certainly it behooves us to show actual miracles first, before attempting to explain which God (or other belief system) is able to grant them?
As far as I am aware, no actual miracle has ever been verified. Until such occurs, the rational response to this inquiry into the nature of divine power is that miracles seem to happen whenever credulous people get together.
