You miss my point, which is far more about power than religion: “You should be criticizing people with power, not those with little or no power.” The christians have a great deal of power. Hence, your criticism of christians is justified. Jews and Muslims don’t have that kind of power due to anti-Semitism and Islamophobia. Similarly, you wouldn’t laugh at a joke (unless you’re sick) about a poor woman of color struggling to raise her family–since she has little power in a racist society.

Moreover, your accusation of “political correctness” against me is exactly the ploy of the christian conservatives. Such a charge makes you a mirror image of these racist, sexist, anti-gay neanderthals. I hope you reconsider that accusation.
