The Choir Card generator has been replaced by a new PDF file. Please follow these NEW Instructions:

  1. Get the Choir Membership card: DOWNLOAD
  2. Enter your name;
  3. Choose which choir section you want to belong to in the dropdown;
  4. If the Date is not auto-generated, enter the date you joined
  5. Print your Choir Membership card;
  6. Trim to size;
  7. Fold in half;
  8. Laminate if you want;
  9. Put card in your wallet.
