God’s Population Control

Lorne Dunkerton asks, “Was it god’s plan to wipe out over 150,000 people in one day? And if so, tell me why?”.
I’m an agnostic, but how about an exercise in population control? We ARE rapidly getting to an unsustainable population size. Science and the elimination of disease is adding to the problem.
Just a thought.
