The Value of a Degree

Once upon a time I debated in bulletin board forums. Someone claimed that they were right because they had a degree from a religious source. I replied that I got one here, which supported my view. He was absolutely flaming furious, and it made other people laugh and get one too.
What made it better was, this more or less matched my lack-o-beliefs just about perfectly.
