God is unknowable and knowable. God is beyond words. As the philosopher in Talk Back 12 said, God is That Then Which Nothing Greater Can Be Conceived. But substitute “greater” with “more fearful”, “louder”, “more terrible”, “more powerful”, “weaker”, “apathetic”, “loving”, ad nauseum and one gets the idea.
