Kristine has really restatated two well known arguments put forward by Descartes and Fred Hoyle (though it is actually a Boeing 747, not a car that Hoyle used). Because they are so famous, they are also exhaustively debated. Rather than go over the arguments, can I suggest that you google it? I suggest searching under Descartes, intelligence, creation, and Hoyle, tornado, jet.
There is a lot of interesting stuff out there on these issues.
